How so? He hasn't managed to reduce crime in Maricopa County. If you're a victim of a crime in Maricopa County, there's a 23% chance Sheriff Joe will catch the culprit. Even Broward County, Florida comes in with 59%.

Read about the Saville kid that he set up. That's the one I remember. If that wasn't entrapment then nothing is.
