Under the new law it doesn't matter if they are coyotes or illegals since illegals pay the coyotes to smuggle them they are breaking the law. Every officer in Arizona should be doing what Sheriff Joe is doing.
I know, the purpose wasn't to get the illegals out, but to get copwatch in using their own disingenuous definition of the law as bait. Clever huh?
