Somebody needs to get the stones to countersue these quacks. Where are they getting the money to file lawsuits all over the place?

Excellent point. All the corporations they've attacked over the years should dwarf their legal resources. Multiple simultaneous well-funded countersuits should strangle them (though it would give them a heck of a talking point for their next fund drive).
