I can envision the election commercials already.

I'm sure the usual house commies/socialists voted to leave Iraq.
To: slowhand520
I can't wait for the actual voting breakdown. Hooray for those 42 brave Democrats who voted FOR this non-binding resolution. This is a genuine point of substantial support for our troops in the field in this War on Global Islamo-Terrorists. Hooray for the voting populace of Iraq and for their newly formed government.

In a 256-153 vote, the GOP-led House approved a nonbinding resolution that praises U.S. troops, labels the Iraq war part of the larger global fight against terrorism and says an "arbitrary date for the withdrawal or redeployment" of troops is not in the national interest. I suppose it's necessary to smack the Dems with a 2-by-4 made of the obvious facts periodically.

so, 256-153 in the house, 92-6 in the Senate. IOW, we have 159 names that have firmly placed themselves in the Traitor category.

CNN reported earlier today about the Senate action by saying "the issue was tabled for now..." rather than reporting the overwhelming vote. Pigs.
The text of this resolution should be endlessly repeated to let the voters know where their "leaders" really stand.
Anyone have the full text of the resolution?

So, who was voting again? 256 Americans and 153 Al-qaida?

How can the Dems ever be taken seriously when discussing our country's defense? Talk about an implosion
To: slowhand520
Does anyone have the names of those voting to pull out before we win?

The Democrats lose their big chance for more Killing Fields in Iraq.
If they ever win back the House, they'll cut off the money in a heartbeat.

Could the article make any more efforts to "explain" the result from the dem viewpoint? It's gotten pretty sickening. Things happen that plainly are Bush administration victories, and the media is full of nonsense about how it isn't really a victory. I think they may have jumped the shark reporting on Zarqawi's death.
