I made it in response to a section of the 9/11 Commission Report that remarks on an agreement between Saddam and Bin Laden about the terms of a truce of sorts and an agreement to pursue chemical weapons manufacture outside of Iraq. Since this document is ignored by the MSM...it must be undocumented as far as they are concerned.
