Which I suppose are the exceptions that prove the rule that not all Rhodes Scholars or Arkansans are necessarily dangerously incompetent.

As for SOROS, the real reasons for the Kosovo debacle involving NATO (pretty broad based complicity) need to be exposed... It was not simply a "prevention of Genocide".... of muslims(?).
