I bought it from Amazon.com for $21 and that included shipping. Wal-Mart has it for under $20 (A fact I didn't know until after I ordered from Amazon)

Thanks for the tip! I contemplated buying it last week at the airport, where I saw it for $27.95. Even at that price, the stack of books was pretty low, as if it had been selling at a good clip.
