It's so funny to me that your article fails to comment that it is the networks who invite Ms. Coulter on their shows. She is not oout pimping her book, you left wing nutjobs are doing it for her. Sarah, you're writing here as if this sort of marketing is different and devious when in fact everyone from Rush Limbaugh and Al Franken to Newt sell their books this way; by the way thanks to you and the rest of your "shitstormers" Ann sold another 12,000 copies today, and she should sell 2 million in the next three months. The total IDIOT who wrote this hasn't a single clue as to how books are sold. The basic idea of the loss leader is beyond this little maroon, not to mention cross-promotion. In order to sell magazine subs, you offer people a book they WANT, so obviously the publisher is pushing a hot title.

There are arguments that can be made from the left, but here's another example of them merely attacking the IDEA of capitalism in action.
