It's not only inside the company. It's their official slogan in their Ads.

That is the impression I have. Several articles I've read makes me think the company leans on the blue side.
Also, I find their commercials highly irritating. "What do you want from an energy company? Cleaner air."
I have noticed Jackson tends to victimize companies that already have strong leftist programs. It's like he's squeezing the golden goose a little more.
