I do not want to switch the focus to OUR actions last night -- for a while yet.

The RAT sites are already starting to whine about our "unfair advantage" in the studio audience -- which distracts from the MAIN message:

Plus, I have not yet collected all of the HUGE numbers of photographs taken by various photographers, nor have I yet sifted through them -- to edit the 20-30 BEST ones -- post them online here.

When Woody Guthrie talked about killing fascists, he meant capital-F Fascists in the 1940's sense of the word, which was coined by Mussolini. Guthrie volunteered for WWII even though he was in his thirties and raising children.

I know. I read about him some time ago. He died tragically of Huntington's Disease. Horrible way to go. He was still a commie, though. :D~

She is an interesting character, apparently born in China, brought up in Scotland and educated in an Eastern State -- basically three strikes against her right there -- but she was fine last night, too.

[Although rumor has it that her performance was a little progressive/alternative for some of the older one-time flower-power pot smokers who were there with us]

KT made the most of her opportunity. Understandably, though, most of what happened after Ms Coulter's gig was anticlimatic for those of us who were there for her. And the habitual TV watchers who comprised some of our groups and all of the rest of the audience are far and away the very worst of artiste-appreciation groups.

Poor girl's Scottish/East Coast indoctrination as certainly dictated the little sign on her guitar as its combination with the absense of any recognizable "education" precluded her having any idea of what a "fascist" is -- or that all of those have historically always been, are now and alweays will be on what she no doubt feels is her end of the political horseshoe.

Alright, I have to retract the thing about Carlin making the barfy face.

I saw him place both hands to his mouth and make a face at the end of the show. I nterpreted it as him making a barf gesture.

I did not see him during the entire Coulter interview so I couldnt see all of Carlins behavior.
I seem to have takin this one gesture out of context.

Hello you, it was great meeting you yesterday. I had a lot of fun talking with you. Thank you for being so gracious. It is so nice spending time with like minded people AND Ann Coulter. I'm going to miss the bunch here in La La land. I hope I'm going to be able to hook up with the East Texas chapter when we move in July.

Jay Leno was very considerate and fair and asked fine questions...

Except for "Have you ever had sex with a liberal?" I thought that was beneath her and disgusting and to ask it twice...yuck. She was very cute in her response, but it was still rude.

Leno only asked it because he knew she would come back with something good. She doesn't shrink from this stuff and doesn't care how big the audience is or who she's talking to. She turns it into fun everywhere.

Her hair should be red, not blonde.

When I finally got to see the West Coast feed, I though she did fine. This was at least the fourth time I've seen her do her one-(wo)man-band performance of this song. This appeared to be the most-rushed of her performances I've seen, perhaps due to time contraints. I downloaded from iTunes her performance from her Today appearance from a few months back.

I'd like to see her perform some of her other songs. She has talent. Hopefully she won't believe everything her peers tell her to, which is unfortunately all-too-common in her business.
