He was quite simply demanding the school district obey the STATE LAW which granted him the LEGAL RIGHT AS THE PARENT to have FINAL SAY as to what his child is and is NOT taught in schools HE PAYS TAXES to keep in operation. STATE LAW STATE LAW STATE LAW. He was operating within it, the school was operating outside of it. You can't dance around that fact or use word games to ignore it. You are just flat wrong. Accept it. Most Americans by a large majority would come down squarely against you on this issue so you really need to stop and think about that and figure out WHY.
