There isn't any, this ad has been running for months... As untrue as it is. No one has actually tried to stop it except Thelma herself, well, her staff.
Thelma wasn't even in office when these events occured

They call Bush a Nazi, say the war is for oil and accuse Halliburton of starting the war so Cheney could profit by it.
