Well hello Kit! I think everyone has one plan that works for them. I just didn't like the expense of WW(very tight budget here). Many at our church have had remarkable results with WW.
Most people don't' like Fit for Life as it is a little "weird"
Keep up the good work. Maybe we should have a FR weight loss support group. Once a week new thread, etc.. but alas it would probably be hijacked by the Immigration people!
I have lead a few sessions at my church & also another local church this past year. People do as well as their commitment. I didn't stress any program. We presented them all & encourage all to pick something to be faithful to during the course of the classes.

We presented them all & encourage all to pick something to be faithful to during the course of the classes. That group support is so helpful no matter what the program, IMO. Even if I have a bad week it's so motivating to hear others success. Also hearing different perspectives and ideas helps, too.
