we ARE coming up on the end of this SCOTUS session when retirements are traditionally announced .. I am not counting on Stevens retiring, tho. Ginsburg sounds good for retirement, don't you think ?"
My money is definitely on Ginsburg. I think Steven's health is still good.
I commend him for staying in such great shape for his age.
