My experience is exactly the opposite. Kroger's drives me nuts with their limitations. I use coupons, and Kroger requires me to present anything over $.75 to the gal at the dashboard. Wal-Mart lets me use any amount with no intervention.

Malkin is ridiculous, devoting an entire book in praise of FDR for imprisoning Japanese-Americans behind barbed wire during WWII. Whom do you feel is not detrimental to conservatives? Peggy Noonan has one foot on the list and is slipping with each column.
