She's spent five years recovering from the last run at the White House, but Tipper Gore says she's ready if her husband wants to do it again.
"If he were going to run in the future, of course I would support him," Tipper Gore told ABCNews' Claire Shipman in her first television interview in four years. "I think he'd be a fantastic president. He already got a majority of votes of people in this country once, and so that says something."
Al Gore is back in the political spotlight with his new documentary on global warming, "An Inconvenient Truth," and some are wondering if he'll make another run for president.

One guarantee that a Clinton associate IS going to run for president seems to be that he/she insists he/she is definitely not running for president.

The libs could not put a respectable candidate before the American people if their existence depended upon it. Sadly, the moron masses make it the case, that they will still be there, whining and complaining and dragging down America, after 2008.
You beat me to it. Being fair, however, you would need meds too if you had to deal with Al Gore 24/7.

He must be running. He didn't run in 2004 because of her. Now that she has given the green light, I don't see him turning down the opportunity, unless he made a secret deal with Bill Clinton that he wouldn't run against his wife.
I'm torn. On one side I want him to run so it will upset Hillary's plans, but on the other side I want Hillary to win the Dem. nomination because I think she would be easier to beat. Either way, get some popcorn and sit down - it's going to be an interesting race in 2008!
I think she was taking medicine and received counseling for Depression.
I see that Tipper is beating her drums...er, gums....again. Her choice of husband proves she has no judgment or taste.
