Which part of "I hope the thread title is clear enough. If the subject isn't of interest, please stay away. This is a World Cup discussion thread, not a "which sport is better" discussion thread" don't you understand?

Which part of "I hope the thread title is clear enough. If the subject isn't of interest, please stay away. This is a World Cup discussion thread, not a "which sport is better" discussion thread" don't you understand? Which is exactly why I hate this sport. You fans are the touchiest, crabbiest people on the planet. The girlie pics are at least making me reconsider my stance ...

I watched a replay of the US game last night. Understand I like soccer, but I've never really followed it until this year. The US team looked bad to me. Compared to the other games I've seen recently

I hear you... some dude flamed me about a month and a half ago for being a World Cup soccer fan on a thread about G.W. Bush and team U.S.A.'s campaign. I called out this trash talker... I didn't hear back from him until he resurected the 1.5 month old thread once U.S.A. lost to CR yesterday. What a turd - tells me he took pleasure in seeing U.S. lose... to justify his possition that he didn't think soccer was a worthy sport. Apparently he's hoping that if Team U.S.A. does bad that MLS will fold up and blow away.
Those that don't like/care for soccer should keep quiet.
Go U.S.A.!
