Whatever. Context: Gov Bush (at the time) was talking about a cyber squatter who appropriated his name and graphics from his website and then libeled him when he was told to desist.
Strangely, I can find no full text of a quote beyond these words and nearly all of those sites that castigate him for them are leftist...
