One of the funniest aspects was that the Democrat President chose the woman, Laine Hanson, because she was a "moderate" Republican! (If I recall, she had essentially inherited the seat from her father much the way Lincoln Chafee did.

It will be interesting to see if this thing is trotted out in time for the Hillary campaign. It's my opinion that the Democrats, who are currently taking seminars on how to talk to religious folk, may want to spike this thing even if it sounded like a good idea back in 2000.

Not when government steps in to flex its muscles over Hollyweird and make them do or not do something.

Don't forget that when Clinton and the rats passed their "biggest tax hike in history" back in 1993, Hollywood was mostly exempted. The rats know where their bread is buttered.
