This is exactly the lunacy that turns people against animal rights whackos. I love animals, and I simply cannot stand to see them abused or treated cruelly when raising and slaughtering them for food, and I won't buy that meat. Only cowards abuse animals for entertainment, although I firmly believe in shooting animals for human and livestock protection. I support deer hunting, fowl, elk, etc., as long as the kill is eaten. In other words, killing to eat or protect is fine.

This guy was twelve stories up. He could have been injured at any time. I'm surprised he put up with the problem as long as he did. The MSPCA yo-yo needs to have his ass kicked. Let's hope the judge has better sense. This poor guy's employer is an idiot, too. I hope this poor guy gets a better paying job with the employer's fiercest competitor.

And I hope the person who called the cops in the first place gets bird shit in his/her hair and their car gets covered in it everytime s/he steps outside or washes the car for the next ten years. Jerk.
