Every time that whiney, weasel voice assaulted my ears .. I couldn't shake the thought that ... "I
know that voice ... "
And tonight it hit me ... Harry Reid is Wally Cox re-incarnated.
Any other old farts in here remember that voice?

Wally Cox was usually a good guy.
Hard to imagine him being as anti-American and corrupt as is Reid.

Little known fact about Dingy Harry:
He's only 38 years old....but he once saw Helen Thomas in the nude.
Doctors were unable to reverse the effects.

This is unfair to Wally Cox, who was not only a fine actor in Mr. Peepers and Hiram Holiday in the pioneering days of TV, but was also Marlon Brando's best friend.

Yeah ... I know ... and I mean no derision towards Wally Cox ... but Pinky sounds just like him.

Are you serious?! Is he really only 38? If he is, then that's the proof that corruption rots the self.
To: definitelynotaliberal
Are you serious?! Is he really only 38?No, it was a failed attempt at a joke about him eye-balling Helen Thomas in the (ugh) nude and it turning him into his present state.
Kinda like making eye contact with Medusa:

Yeah, but Wally Cox was an American. Reid isn't.

I had an older friend (now sadly gone) who acted with Wally Cox in a couple of TV shows and did a great impression of him. Really funny.

I am an old fart. And I remember Mr Peepers with his umbrella. And Harry Reid is no Mr Peepers. I do think Reid has a fantasy of being Helen Thomas' pedicurist. But his doc says his fetish is getting better with therapy.
