Actually, yes. There were rules pending for a couple of years that would have outlawed them, but they were never implemented as Tom Daschle's wife, a high priced lobbyist, succeeded, with more than a little help from hubby, in holding them in abeyance.

Wonder what the broads think of the fact that the airlines paid off clinton/bore not to implement the hardening of the cockpit doors on all domestic airlines.
If that had been done, there would have been no 9/11.
Guess that little bit of corruption in exchange for campaign donations is immaterial to the hatred raging thru these creatures.
