Reno Police tells bystander that the Judge's car had a bomb planted under it. Perimeter being establised (an hour ago.) (From a local Freeper on the phone.)
That doesn't make much sense. Why go to all the trouble of planting a bomb if you are going to scout, perch, shoot the guy, then evade the same day? Or vice versa? Could be the cop just told him that on a dog-id (reported upthread, false imho) and wanted to keep the crowd back.
