Looks like they're in good company:

"The Center for Lesbian and Gay Civil Rights
1211 Chestnut St., Suite 605
Philadelphia, Pa 19107
215.731.1544
www.center4civilrights.org
Provides FREE legal services to LGBT community. Trans-specific services include assistance with name changes (and name change kits); and legal aid for discrimination cases, custody disputes, hate crimes, and other issues. The Center also advocates for civil rights legislation and policies, and was instrumental in getting the gender identity ordinance added to the City's Fair Practices Act."

Any business where the "public" can walk in and order a good or service is now considered public property.

The owner of that property is now a public servant who must run his business for the Marxist common good, as defined by the state. All decisions in that business made for individual benefit may be trumped at any time by the Marxist common good.

The Marxist common good shall be defined in any way and in any manner and at any time depending upon the mood of the politician or bureaucrat to achieve any goal he desires.

In the meantime, the business owner must continue to pay taxes, submit to rules made up by unelected bureaucrats and generally kiss the ass of any politician who demands it.

Failure to do so may cause that individual to lose his de facto private business that carries out the mandates of the Marxist common good.

If I were unfortunate enough to live in Philly, I would eat at this guy's restaurant every day.
