Coulter is doing a needed service. The moonbats are having widows and grieving mothers act as spokesperson so they can have unquestionable speech. And criticism or rebuke will be countered with "how can you say that to someone who lost a loved one" in order to shut down all discourse. It's a blatant attempt by the Left to have one way dialog. Coulter is breaking the ground for further criticism by others of what these women say. Taking point isn't easy and it isn't pleasant, but it needs to be done. Anne is doing very important work by breaking through that false front.
I reluctantly agree. Both Coulter and David Horowitz are out there (often on college campuses) literally taking the eggs and cream pies meant for all of us. The fact is, in previous eras, ANY responsible journalist would have said long ago, "Mrs. 9/11 widow, besides losing your husband, what other special insight or information can you bring to this debate, and why should we listen to YOU rather than to dozens of other family members of 9/11 who are NOT out here bashing the president at every turn?" I, for one, found them disgusting, and I'm glad Ann called them on it.
