Someone should ask Mr. Heinz, "WHO was President then?" I know it says it in the quote, but since everything that has ever happened in the world has been blamed on George W. Bush, let's just ask honest Liberals (I know it sounds like a contradiction of terms) who was in the WH in 1998, and did one of BJ's frequent BJ's cost us a chance to get OBL back then?
