What these folks don't get is that liberalism isn't selling because the majority American's have common sense. They observe the special interest groups that spend all their time whining about imaginary oppression in this country. Yet the same groups are totally unwilling to fight real oppression. The Islamofascists are the current and most poignant example. They therefore have no credibility...except in their own minds.
If tomorrow every Woman's group, Homosexual group, Human and Civil Rights group...and their favorite pandering politicians...lined-up behind this President and this war their ideas might sell. Since they haven't, nor ever will, the rational public understand that these groups are not sincere in their beliefs. It's all an act for personal gain...money or for power.
Let's face it, the enemy we fight kills homosexuals, abuses and kills women, and has no concept of human rights. Unless and until these Lefties lead the charge to forcefully "walk the talk" as it relates their true mortal enemies they will have no weight with the majority of Americans. They will continue to look like the gutless hypocrites that they are.
