They join the liberals in attacking Coutler for malfeasance of rhetoric; in this, conservatives are showing classic symptoms of Battered Spouse Syndrome. Huddled in a defensive crouch, they labor to prove that they are too decent, they are so sympathetic -- they attack Coulter to prove their own chivalric honor. They become "enablers" of liberal griefarazzi."
A crock. I am confident Conservatives could field better reasoned counterpoints to Liberalism than that of Coulter's.

A crock. I am confident Conservatives could field better reasoned counterpoints to Liberalism than that of Coulter's.< Then why don't we hear them? Go ahead give us a reasoned counterpoint to the emotional blackmail liberals use every day, their prime one being throwing the race card into every issue. Give us a reasoned response to the shout down liberals do everytime a conservative is speaking, say at a college. This is common for liberals, stop any response and use emotions instead of brains to sway people. Ann C. has it right and people like you have it wrong.

Coulter has brilliantly and incisively laid open the liberal brain and displayed it in all its vile, oozing, acidic blackness. That makes some conservatives uncomfortable, and they blame the surgeon (Coulter) for offending their eyes and delicate sensibilities.
