I see you didn't read the article before letting loose with your verbal diarrhea. This group is not shackled or even confined. The investigation is ongoing. There is at least one Marine that is shackled, when he's out of his cell, in a case related to a different event in Iraq. I think there's more than one actually, but all I remember reading is the attorney for one of them arguing that his client is not a flight risk, and should not be in solitary and shackled when not in his cell. Unfortunately it's late and I can't recall the details of which incident, how many Marines are awaiting court martial, etc.
