Good story by ABC Sports,, showed him rolling in the bedding,, got up with no apparent extra effort. Looks good.
Odds for his long term prognosis get better every day. It has been 3 weeks since the injury.

A quick look at Kentucky Derby winner Barbaro and how he's progressing from lifesaving surgery at the New Bolton Center in Kennett Square, Pa.:
MEDICAL UPDATE: Barbaro continues to make good progress.
HIS DAY: Barbaro is still receiving get-well cards and e-mail -- more than 40,000 e-mail messages have been sent so far from the New Bolton Center's Web site for the horse at http://www.vet.upenn.edu/newsandevents/news/Barbaro.htm.
QUOTE: "He's doing great," said Gail Luciani, spokeswoman for the University of Pennsylvania's veterinary school.
Wasn't that great? Loved seeing it, glad they showed it. I was crying my eyes out after the KY Derby re-run, knowing it was his last.
Then having Corinne Sweeney say he's a "happy horse" and his personality hasn't changed a bit since the injury kind of made it all better.
Go Barbaro Go!
A horse in the undercard, Acorn Stakes race has reared up and fallen in the starting gate. So far she appears to be stuck under the gate and they've begun to remove some of the other horses from the starting gates. Very sad and scary.
Thank you, Norm!
