Hey! Just let’s not waist good pig fat on a scumbag like this ‘szarkávé’ fellow.

It is a fine, down to earth peasant food, --properly prepared, with a pinch of love.

Spread it on bread (just like butter), with a sprinkle of salt and paprika, covered with sliced onions.

Simple food, for the simple taste. Enjoy!

And stay home for the night. (I mean it! It’s not a pick-up night.)

That does sound surprisingly good. Emeril did something similar with pork fat over the winter, been hoping to catch it in rerun.

Just this morning I took the iron skillet, fried 12 slices of bacon, reserved some juice, then blasted hash browns, put those in the warmer, took the reserve and deep fried four Eggland's Best. Homemade toast, milk (soy for me), and can't even get the family to think about dinner eight hours later.
