The sad thing is, that could Mayberry N.C. or Walton's Mountain. It's everywhere.
So I read & hear. I've got a pal in Virginia that tell me stories. It used to be a problem in the Southwest US & a few urban areas in the east. I think the May Day demonstration in Los Angeles woke a lot of people up. I'm not going to forget it & I've been living in Southern California for 30 years.
