BUSH brought the fight to the terrorists...would this have happened with Kerry in the White House? Absolutely not. Would Roberts be Chief Justice and Alito an associate justice on SCOTUS? I don't think so...

Don't forget that the Brady bill wouldn't have been allowed to expire, state funded abortion and queer marriage would now be the law of the land, with 2 Ruth Buzzy Ginsburg clones added to the USSC.
Taxes would have been raised several times by now, rather than being cut.
