It will take the Iraqis to really want to turn the corner for it to happen. They will need to start, en masse, turning the terrorists over to the police or IA.
They actually do that quite a bit and have been for some time. They HATE the terrorists. The media just doesn't want that to slip out.
There has been a big acceleration in offensive moves here. We hear U.S. warplanes in the skies several times a day now and there are checkpoints up all OVER Baghdad today.
