One of the things we are seeing in this war is a civil war inside Islam, it''s been going on for awhile now. And we're colateral damage.

An argument can easily be made that their "civil war" is collateral damage. All around, it's just not pretty. It's also far from over. Once Islam permeates that world a little bit more we'll see the next phase(s) however those are going to manifest themselves.

People can argue anyway they want on a host of issues, but one thing that is utterly undeniable is that the Koran/Quran, and therefore Mohammed, wanted was world conquest/domination for Islam. That's impossible to argue since it's oft-stated in the fundamental documents of Islam. So for anyone to think that's not a goal is both naive and foolish.
