I think you are on to something with the possible cancellation due to soon to be cooked up death threats. Got to wonder how long it will take other venues to pull the plug on this mess. I would think that those who were supporting the DC in their anti-Bush and anti-country music crusade would have cashed in their pop cans and purchased tickets by now.
They have the only fan website I have ever seen that doesn't have a feedback/blog/chat section where they can interact with their fans. For having the most active and dedicated fans they sure are going out of their way to avoid having to deal with them.
