Exactly right...no personal accountability...just sue the crap out of the deepest pockets you can find. If you get a jury full of Democrats, they will give you the JACKPOT. As usual, the TAXPAYER takes it in the shorts.......

No. They work for the city and the city is then responsible for damages they inflict. The exception my be if it was done intentionally by one individual directing the others. But even that would be a gray area.

Sorry, but it's the government (by the will of "the people") that give the officers the legal ability to use deadly force. It's the government that's responsible. It's up to the government to discipline the officers.
