Ann Coulter's Book Hits Amazon's #1 Spot

On Wednesday Hillary Clinton lashed out at Coulter for what she called her "vicious, mean-spirited attack” on a group of outspoken 9/11 widows, whom the conservative television pundit described as "self-obsessed,” and said Coulter’s book should have been called "heartless.”

The media attack on Coulter began Tuesday with her first book interview on NBC’s Today Show. Host Matt Lauer claimed that Coulter had cruelly criticized several 9/11 widows.

But criticism from the establishment media hasn’t hurt sales of Coulter’s book at all.

In "Godless,” Coulter argues that in addition to being a political movement and philosophy, liberalism is a twisted religion whose deity is itself – and she details liberalism’s war on traditional religion and God. All of Coulter’s previous books have also been New York Times bestsellers: "How to Talk to a Liberal (If You Must),” "Slander: Liberal Lies About the American Right,” "Treason: Liberal Treachery from the Cold War to the War on Terrorism” and "High Crimes and Misdemeanors: The Case Against Bill Clinton.”

I'm not sure whether it's worth voting for the good reviews and against the bad ones. So far, she has 3-1/2 stars because the kooks are out in force panning her book. But it doesn't seem to make much difference.
