His implication is that Bush could have killed Zarqawi at any time, but chose to do it at exactly this moment...Either that, or Stark thinks GWB has had Zarqawi's corpse on ice somewhere to pull out at "just the right moment." Sheesh! These Dims are living somewhere beyond The Twilight Zone.

The Dims all but said that Karl Rove had him chained up in the White House basement, and turned him loose to make a tape whenever the GOP needed a poll boost.
