Most of the lib congressits from the San Francisco Bay area are role models for lunacy, insanity and outbursts like this.
They have gotten by with these outbursts because the liberal fishwraps and tv stations never carry what they actually say. Now all of America knows what a psycho Stark is.
Rush was describing these lunatics today as people who have no sense of reality.
