The non-negotiable items are pretty basic....

FIRST AND FOREMEOST....Do an assessment, and develop a 'comprehensive PLAN to address pertinent issues, such as identifying what resources (barriers, manpower, detention and processing centers, computer database systems, biometric ID, etc) are needed to make the whole system of security and enforcement work properly.

SECOND...Secure the border...(or continue the process...assuming we start on it now...)

THIRD....Enforce the laws we have on the books now, or identify those laws that need to be revised or scrapped to allow enforcement of the laws.

FOURTH...Spend the money necessary to get the job done.

Why can't the dumbos in Congress understand this?

The US Constitution, our laws ---- and the safety and security of Americans ---- just doesn't fit into the Latino reconquista agenda.

According to their own words and signage at the infamous street rallies, they are lying in wait to takeover the US government with the vote---or by violence, if necessary.

Using Third World revolutionary tactics to divide and conqueur-----"Latins-only" politics balkanizes America.

Thess invaders want to establish a separate Spanish-speaking sub-culture that will employ voting fraud, ID theft, and so on.

It's become abundantly clear the hyphenated types have adopted Third World tactics to separate themselves from the rest of America ---the goal?---- to divide and conquer.

The invaders have damaged the sacrosanct US rule of law-----the only thing that stands between us and camouflage-clad federales roaming our streets in shoulder holters and ammo straps.

Why do people like you and your ilk try to make poorly constructed strawman arguements? The open border crowd really tends to have severe gaps in logic.

The contract with America simpily stated that the GOP would bring all of these issues up to a vote, and then try to pass them, and all the issues in the contract did get a majority of votes, BUT, term limits required a constitutional amendment, 2/3 of the vote, but none the less, the GOP under Gingrich tried.
