Even looking at the pics it sure doesn't look like a "misunderstanding" to me. I'd love to know by what reasoning the cops of Sunrise, FL did this.
I hope these folks file a complaint and get a lawyer because this is just beyond the pale.
I think I'll take the one pic of the cops kissing and post it around some of the LE boards.
