Jesus, please let it be so. My daughter is deploying to Iraq in August, and is currently at Ft. Sill training with an EOD unit. Oh Father, let it be so, that all our men and women fighting this war may be safer, and indeed all the world safer...

She is an EOD specialist......wow, I have only known men to do that. Boy, you had better pray very hard.

May GOD bless and keep your daughter!
If this news really IS true, she will probably now be a whole lot safer, as will the rest of our military.

ok, just heard an update with details.
Apparently Zarqawi was in a small town just outside of Baghdad on the way to Baqubah with his "spiritual advisor." U.S. forces hit the house in which seven people were present, including two women, with rockets fired from helicopters. According to the report not everyone was killed and Zarqawi was still alive when handed over to Iraqi forces, but he died in their custody.
This story implies that they have a body.
