My favorite call from a C-SPAN loony nut came from somebody who called in on a Friday show, with Brian Lamb moderating, asking pointed questions about the national surveillance issues. The caller finished her rant by saying "and I bet they are even monitoring this call"! Lamb laughed and asked, "Did you know these calls are public?" I busted out laughing as the caller hung up; obviously the couple of dozen of folks that caught the exchange "spied" on her public harangue!
