Gen. Michael Hagee: Stick up for your Marines or get the hell out!

He's not going to stick up for them if he thinks they're guilty, although clearly he's going to wait for the investigation to be concluded before going further. For question 11 of the full version of this interview he states that he's seen the photo evidence, but that he's not going to comment on them at this time.

This is an extension of the stinking political correctness that permeates the Dept of Defense and entire government. Americans bad, everyone else good. Just that simple. Meanwhile the ship of state drifts with little or no leadership at the helm. If there was leadership, this travesty would not be happening.

There is no such thing as murder in a war, when the enemy is impossible to identify. If you have on a uniform and have been shot at , you are entitled to a few Mulligan's.

Good for you, lady! And thank you for the comment line number for the White House.

When I emailed, I used one short sentence per subject, in caps. I hope many Freepers will email their sentiments to the President in short order.

Tonight on PBS news, Gen. Hoag, Marine Corps., and Marine Lt. Gen. Michael DeLong, Ret. were interviewed. Of course, neither could express an opinion pending the investigation, nor was anything asked regarding the solitary confinement and shackling of uncharged active members of our Marines and Navy. Hoag was by the book, but DeLong actually shot a small arrow at the MSM. However, DeLong refused to venture an opinion as to how the war should proceed in Iraq, designating it to be "political".
How I hoped he would suggest an increase of deployed troops, with enough proper arms and equipment to sustain them there. No such luck. :o(
