Them As Knows ain't sayin', but my fairly well-informed guess is that no, he isn't personally, and yes, he has at least some if not all of his staff lurking.
Yeah, I assume he has his staff scour the threads. I'm just suprised he hasn't featured a Pissant vanity Thread on his show yet. Then again, he may have, since I only listen in about once a week.
