True, the whole thing could be ruined when she opens her mouth. I once worked with a woman who was truly elegant and beautiful. She should have been a model. Everything was fine until she opened her mouth. Her voice alternated between whiny, raspy, or screeching. She didn't talk to you she shouted at you. Her vocabulary would make a sailor blush. She was coarse and crude and thought nothing of bringing up the most indelicate subjects in mixed company. Her biggest complaint was her lack of a social life. LOL! Hope Rush's gal is better.
