I just listened to Hugh Hewitt interviewing some liberal loon last evening. Hugh challenged the loon's sweeping allegations (Gitmo was the same as the gulag, etc.) The loon fell back on "I was only trying to get people to think ...."
It's intellectual laziness. In Annie's case, it is to sell her books to the sheeple.
