If only Al could find the real source of Global Warming. He could walk around it in an intimidating manner and sigh until it capitulates. That's hilarious because I can actually picture it. LOL I am here to educate you about the single biggest threat to our planet. You see, there is something out there which threatens our very existence and may be the end to the human race as we know it. I'm talking, of course, about 'ManBearPig.'

It's a textbook example of a propaganda film. The great socialist vegetarian Hitler would be proud.

I wonder if this movie will usher in the Golden Age of Hollywood Propaganda Movies. Sure, they can even have awards ceremonies, like: "And now, in the category of Most Alarming Movie of the Year, the nominees are: Bambi, Return of the Hunters...Pesticide Mountain...The Breakup of the Polar Ice Cap...Mission Impossible V - The Sky is Falling..."

Jenifer aniston does not have the draw of jenifer aniston.
Paramount suits apparently know that PERCEPTION is reality. Thus this is in fact a POLITICAL movie. An infomercial for Algore.

The credits on the poster are simple to change. How about his voice in the movie? Can they go back and re-do the movie with a different voice? Somebody more believable? Howard Dean, perhaps? Nancy Pelosi?

Good post.
Gore's biggest problem as far as his presidential aspirations are concerned is that he's hitched his wagon to an issue that has gotten almost no traction at all among American voters.

"It's not a political movie," a top source at PARAMOUNT explained... Riiiiight. And Mein Kampf wasn't a political book.

Maybe I'm confused here, but might they be doing do this to avoid allegations that any distribution or marketing of the movie during the next Presidential campaign violates the campaign finance laws (assuming, of course, that he runs)? I seem to recall a similar issue recently arising with another candidate (Arnie, perhaps?).

The movie reviews are just killing. Every liberal on the planet has been praising this movie. Most say it's just great, a few admit that there are some teensy problems with the acting, but everyone should nevertheless buy a ticket and go worship at the altar of Global Warming.
It's a perfect illustration of how brain dead the media are, virtually across the board.

I can't resist posting this extract from the review by pompous Roger Ebert:
"In 39 years, I have never written these words in a movie review, but here they are: You owe it to yourself to see this film. If you do not, and you have grandchildren, you should explain to them why you decided not to."
-- Roger Ebert, CHICAGO SUN-TIMES

I don't know, but that's an excellent question. Hopefully, someone who does will see your post and provide us both with an answer.
