The problem with Haditha is that at least part of the chain of command submitted false reports.

And the problem with statements like that one is that I immediately question your motives, unless you actually list what those false reports are, and who decided that the reports were false, on what basis and who was doing the accusing...

All other things being equal, I totally ignore unfounded statements. Any idiot can say anything.

Thank you. We don't know yet of the reports were falsified. We only know that the terrorist witnesses claim something else happened.
